Voltrax is a self-made entrepreneur and investor with a no-nonsense approach, shaped by decades of real-world experience across multiple industries. From an early age, he followed the path of entrepreneurship—always driven by a passion for investing and building long-term value.
A proud everyday American, Voltrax has worn many hats. He's worked in the mortgage industry, managed non-performing note (NPN) investments, and played a pivotal role in launching a small business that surpassed $1 million in revenue by its second year. His extensive experience also includes over 25 years as a consultant and operator in the cannabis industry, where he helped navigate complex regulatory landscapes and build sustainable growth strategies.
Voltrax isn’t just an investor—he’s a survivor of the harsh realities of business. He’s been scammed, ripped off, and burned by bad deals, giving him a deep understanding of the risks everyday people face when trying to build wealth. That’s what inspired him to create MIA (Made In America)—a token built to change the game. His mission is simple: to provide a legitimate, transparent opportunity for people to invest in something that pays for a lifetime, not just for a season.
With roots in the union trades, Voltrax knows what hard work looks like. Now, as a dedicated investor in stocks and crypto, he’s using his experience to bridge the gap between traditional business and the future of decentralized finance—offering both the younger generation and established professionals a way to create real, lasting wealth.

Daman Saini CTO & VP of Operations is a seasoned Compliance and Risk Management professional with more than 15 years of experience across the banking and fintech industries. He has built his career specializing in regulatory compliance, operational risk assessment, and KYC/AML processes, with a strong track record of helping organizations navigate complex federal and state regulations. Daman is passionate about strengthening internal controls, minimizing risk exposure, and building a culture centered on ethical compliance. He has completed studies through Harvard Business School Online and holds professional certifications from MIT and the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA). Daman is based in Miami, Florida.
